Peach Maple & Brown Sugar Crumble (High Protein)

Each morning, I try to decide how I’m going to get the protein that I need.

Inspired by @clairehodginss on TikTok, This is an easy, sweet way to start the day!

What you’ll need:

Peach Maple & Brown Sugar Crumble:

– 1/4 cup frozen peaches

– 1/2 tsp cornstarch

– 1/2 tsp lemon juice

– 1 packet Quakers Maple & Brown Sugar Protein Oatmeal

– 2 Tbsp sugar

– 1 Tbsp water/milk (or more, depending on your crumble)

Steps:

In a small bowl, mix peaches, cornstarch, and lemon juice together and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, empty oatmeal packet, add sugar, and stir together. Add water, a few drops at a time, until your oatmeal mixture comes together like a crumble. Pour Crumble mixture on top of the peach mixture and microwave 1 min 30 seconds.

Top with yogurt, cool whip, or a mix of the two. Enjoy!
