Blueberry Banana Nut Crumble
This is an easy, sweet way to start the day!

- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 packet Quakers Banana Nut Protein Oatmeal
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp water/milk or more, depending on your crumble
In a small bowl, mix blueberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice together and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, empty oatmeal packet, add sugar, and stir together. Add water, a few drops at a time, until your oatmeal mixture comes together like a crumble. Pour Crumble mixture on top of the blueberry mixture and microwave 1 min 30 seconds.
Top with yogurt, cool whip, or a mix of the two. Enjoy!
