Blueberry Banana Nut Crumble

This is an easy, sweet way to start the day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet Quakers Banana Nut Protein Oatmeal
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp water/milk or more, depending on your crumble

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix blueberries, cornstarch, and lemon juice together and microwave for 1 minute. Set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, empty oatmeal packet, add sugar, and stir together. Add water, a few drops at a time, until your oatmeal mixture comes together like a crumble. Pour Crumble mixture on top of the blueberry mixture and microwave 1 min 30 seconds.
  • Top with yogurt, cool whip, or a mix of the two. Enjoy!
